Bulk Comment Mockups: A CSV Workflow for Creator Campaigns
When a campaign needs several comment assets, the bottleneck is usually consistency. A simple spreadsheet workflow lets the team agree on copy and visual details before exporting a clean batch.
Open bulk creation ↗Plan the batch before import
List each comment’s role in the edit or deck before filling in rows. This catches duplicate hooks and makes it easier to decide which template belongs to each asset.
- Give every row a distinct narrative purpose.
- Use the same naming convention for display names and files.
- Agree on fictional-versus-permissioned identities before production.
Use the starter columns consistently
Download the CSV template from the studio, then add the platform template, display name, handle, comment, and only the engagement fields the asset needs. Keep comments short enough to work in their final frame.

Review before export
Import the file and inspect representative rows for line breaks, template choice, and copy accuracy. Export after the creative lead or producer confirms the batch matches the cut list.
Creator tip: Save the approved source spreadsheet with the project files for future revisions.
